Guangzhou DP Intelligent (Sliding Door) Technology Co.,Ltd (hereinafter collectively referred to as "we" or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of children (i.e. minors under the age of 14) who use our products and services. The purpose of this Children's Privacy Statement (including subsequent updates, hereinafter referred to as "this Statement") and the DP Intelligence Privacy Policy is to explain to parents and other guardians of children (hereinafter referred to as "guardians" or "you") how we collect information about children. The purpose of this Statement and the DP Intelligence Privacy Policy is to explain to parents and other guardians of children ("Guardians" or "You") how we collect and use children's personal information in connection with our products and services, the rules under which we process that personal information, and the ways in which Guardians can access, correct, delete, and safeguard that information.

We will protect the personal information and privacy of children in accordance with this Statement, and we ask that you help us protect the personal information and privacy of your children by requiring that they read and accept this Statement together under your supervision and that they should use our products and services with your consent and guidance. Please note that by choosing to agree to this Statement, or by your child's initiating or continuing to use our products or services, or by submitting his or her personal information, you consent to the collection, use, storage, sharing, transfer and disclosure of your child's personal information in accordance with this Statement.

Special Note for Children:

We recommend that: any child should use our products or services with the prior consent of a guardian. If you are a child, you need to read this Statement carefully with your guardian and obtain the guardian's consent to use our products, services or provide information to us.

We would like to remind you to read and fully understand this Statement and the DP Intelligence Privacy Policy (especially the terms in bold) before choosing whether to agree to the contents of all the terms and whether to consent to the use of our products or services by children in your custody. If you do not agree with the relevant terms of the DP Intelligence Privacy Policy and/or the contents of this Statement, or do not agree to provide the relevant necessary information under the use of certain of our products, services or specific functions or scenarios, please understand that you and children under your custody may not be able to use our products, services or relevant specific functions or scenarios normally. In terms of children's privacy protection, in case of any inconsistency between this Statement and the DP Intelligence Privacy Policy, this Statement shall take precedence, and if not mentioned in this Statement, the DP Intelligence Privacy Policy shall prevail.

This statement applies to products or services that require users to input birthday and age information that can identify the age of the user, or specific devices and their functions and scenarios that are designed and developed for children and are intelligently controlled through our software (including mobile apps and applets, etc.); this statement does not apply if there is no collection of children's information. The products and services we provide may include products or services provided by third parties, and you may also log in and use third party products and services through our software or products (such as DP Intelligent); such third parties may collect, use or process information about children. We recommend that you ask children to seek your consent before authorising the collection and processing of any of their personal information with a third party.

If you have any questions about the contents of the terms and conditions of this statement, or if you have any requests for rights related to personal information in the course of you and your children's use of our products and services, please contact us through the special channel that we have opened for you, please refer to the section of this statement called "Contact Us", we will respond to your message as soon as possible after we receive it. After receiving your message, we will deal with your questions or requests as soon as possible and feedback.

I. What information we collect

We will collect and use children's personal information in strict accordance with the obligations and responsibilities for the protection of children's personal information as stipulated in laws and regulations, as well as the relevant privacy policy and the agreement of this statement, with the consent of the guardian, and in accordance with the specific needs of the relevant products and services.

In the process of providing you and the children under your custody with certain products or services specifically for children, based on the purpose of providing you with these products and services, we may require the user to fill in the personal birthday information in order to identify whether the user is a child under the age of 14, and in accordance with laws and regulations, after obtaining the consent of the guardian to allow the child to continue to use the relevant products or services.

When you and the children under your supervision use certain devices intelligently controlled by our software, we may collect and use necessary children's personal information in certain functions or scenarios, including age/monthly age information, movement information and geographic location information. The specific type and scope of information involved will be determined based on the functions and intelligent scenarios of the products used.

In the process of children's use of products or services, we may collect other related information, please refer to the section "What Personal Information Do We Collect" of the "DP Intelligent Privacy Policy" for details of other children's personal information that we collect.

If we need to collect personal information from you or children in your custody beyond the scope of collection described above, we will inform you again and obtain your consent.

 

Please understand that you have a choice as to whether or not to fill in or provide us with certain information, but your failure to fill in or provide certain specific information may result in our products or services not functioning properly or not achieving the results of the services that we intend to achieve, and you and children in your custody may not be able to use our products, services, or related specific business functions properly.

II. How we use the information

We strictly comply with the provisions of laws and regulations and agreements with users, and use the information collected about you and children under your custody for the following purposes:

a) To provide necessary products or services, specific functions of products or services;

b) For optimisation of the product or service, safety and security, and service survey purposes.

If we need to use your personal information or that of a child in your custody for purposes beyond those listed above, we will inform you again and obtain your consent.

III. Sharing, Transferring, and Disclosing Children's Personal Information

We strictly limit the sharing, transfer and disclosure of children's personal information in accordance with laws and regulations. In general, we do not share children's personal information with third parties. We may share a child's personal information with a third party only with the prior consent of the guardian.

a) Sharing with guardians

We may share some of a child's personal information (such as the child's user name, account number, password, and the content of the child user's transactions in some of our products and services) with the guardian, who can access and manage the relevant personal information.

b) Sharing with Third Parties

For the sole purpose of external processing, we may share children's Personal Information with third party partners (third party service providers, contractors, agents, application developers, etc., e.g., communication service providers who send emails or push notifications on our behalf, mapping service providers who provide us with location-based services), who may not be located in your jurisdiction, to allow them to share the Personal Information in accordance with our instructions , our Privacy Policy and our related Confidentiality and Security Policies to process such information for us.

If we commission a third party to process children's personal information, we will conduct a security assessment of the commissioned party and the commissioned activities, sign a commissioning agreement that requires the commissioned party not to exceed the scope of our authorisation, and we commission the third party to process children's personal information for the following purposes:

i. Providing our services to children. ii;

ii. To fulfil the purposes set out in the section "How we use the information";

iii. to fulfil our obligations and exercise our rights under the Dignity Intelligence Privacy Policy and this statement;

iv. to understand, maintain and improve our services.

If we share information about you and your children with any of the above third parties, we will carry out a security assessment and use encryption, anonymisation and de-identification to keep your and your children's information safe.

As our business continues to develop, when transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, etc. occur that result in the sharing of your and children's personal information with third parties, we will inform you of the situation through push notices, announcements, etc., and continue to protect or require new managers to continue to protect your and children's personal information in accordance with laws and regulations and standards no less stringent than those required by this Statement.

We may anonymise the information we collect about children for the purposes of big data analysis, such as to generate reports on the use of your services.

c) Other disclosures

Generally, we are prohibited from disclosing children's personal information to outside parties, but we may disclose children's personal information for the following purposes:

i. To comply with applicable laws and regulations, legal process or requests from public agencies and government authorities;

ii.To fulfil our Terms of Use and other agreements, policies or standards, including to investigate any potential use violations;

To protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of us and/or other users, including you; and to seek available detection, prevention, remedies or limitations on the damages we may be required to provide or to address security, fraud or technical issues.

IV. Storing Children's Personal Information

We will take encryption and other technical measures to store children's personal information to ensure the security of the information. We will not store children's personal information for longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and used. Please refer to the "Information Security Safeguards" and "Information Retention Period" sections of the DP Intelligence Privacy Policy to learn more about how we store and protect children's personal information.

In the event that our products or services cease to operate, or the storage period of your and children's personal information expires in accordance with this Statement or DP Intelligence Privacy Policy, etc., we will notify you and your children by, for example, push notifications, announcements, or emails (the forms of notification include: push notifications, announcements, emails, etc.), and will delete or anonymise your and your children's personal information within a reasonable period of time. Children's personal information.

V. Management of Children's Personal Information

During the use of our products or services by children, in order to make it more convenient for you and children to access, correct and delete the relevant personal information, we have provided you with the corresponding operation settings in our product design, and you can also use the contact information provided by us to provide feedback and consult the relevant information. We will contact you in a timely manner after verifying your feedback. Please understand that during the verification process, we may require you to provide personal information such as the child's account number, the child's date of birth, contact information, etc. so that we can continue to respond to your needs after completing the authentication and verification of the issue.

a) Access to Children's Personal Information

You and children in your custody may view personal information provided or generated by child users in connection with their use of our products or services, including, but not limited to, usernames, nicknames, genders (if any), unsolicited content, and so on.

b) Correction of Children's Personal Information

When you and the children under your custody discover that there is an error in the children's personal information that we have collected, used and processed, you can correct it by clicking on "Me" - "Personal Information" - "Nickname" / "Time Zone". "Time Zone" to correct the information, or you can contact us to make the correction. We will take prompt action to correct the information once we have verified the identity of the child and verified the problem.

c) Deletion of Children's Personal Information

You and the children in your care may request that we delete the children's personal information that we collect, use and process in the following circumstances. We will take timely steps to delete it after completing identification and verifying the issue.

i.If we collect, store, use, transfer or disclose children's personal information in violation of laws, administrative regulations or mutual agreement;

ii.If we collect, store, use, transfer or disclose children's personal information beyond the scope of the purpose or the necessary period;

iii. if you withdraw your consent;

iv. if you or a child in your care terminates the use of a product or service by logging off.

In response to your request, we will first authenticate and verify your identity, and will take relevant deletion measures in a timely manner after the authentication and verification are completed. Please note, however, that if you and the child under guardianship request us to delete a particular child's personal information, it may result in the child user not being able to continue to use our products and services or certain specific business functions in the products and services. If you become aware that your child's personal information has been collected without your prior consent, please contact us promptly and we will endeavour to delete the relevant information as soon as possible.
